Quartier Latin

The Latin Quarter of Paris (French: Quartier latin) is an area in the 5th and parts of the 6th arrondissement of Paris. It is situated on the left bank of the River Seine, around the Sorbonne University. It is also famous for its many restaurants and bistros (seen by many as a sort of 'tourist trap' because they offer cheap menus with hidden extras).
