Blue Night in Nuremberg

Every year in May there is a special Blue Night / Die Blaue Nacht in Nuremberg (Bavaria). Many of the sights are lit and there is a special atmosphere because many visitors are wearing little blinking lights.

Highlight is the projection on Nuremberg Castle. In 2010 a local artist named Axel Voss created an impressive lightshow with a collage of cartoons and publicity signs.
